You grew up in Sweden. How has your Scandinavian upbringing influenced your sense of style and approach to beauty? Growing up in Sweden has influenced both my aesthetic and my attitude toward beauty in so many ways. Scandinavian fashion is built on simplicity, quality and confidence without effort, and that clean, understated energy is something I have always loved. I have carried that with me everywhere I go, whether it is on set, at fashion week or whilst creating content. I am drawn to timeless pieces, natural tones and textures, and I believe beauty should enhance rather than transform. I also think there is a calmness that comes from Scandinavian culture, we do not try too hard and appreciate natural beauty. That balance between elegance and ease has become a big part of my personal style.
What inspired you to move from Sweden, and how has that transition shaped your personal and professional outlook? I have always had a deep curiosity about the world. I come from a small town in Sweden where life is peaceful and safe, but I knew from a young age that I wanted more than familiarity. Moving abroad at 17 to model full time was a huge step. I lived abroad in China, Paris and London before eventually finding my rhythm between Copenhagen and international work. It shaped me completely. You grow a thick skin, learn how to adapt to new cultures, read people, and handle pressure on your own. It made me mature early and gave me perspective. Modelling abroad taught me that confidence is not something you are born with, it is something you build every single day.
Was there a defining moment when you realised modelling was the path you wanted to pursue? It was never one specific moment, more a series of them. I started young, and every new experience such as my first casting, first editorial or first trip abroad pushed me to fall in love with it more. I think the realisation came when I saw how much I was growing as a person through the work. It challenged me constantly and gave me an outlet to express myself. That is when I knew this was not just a job, it was something I wanted to pursue whole heartedly.
How did your modelling career begin, and what were some of the first challenges you faced entering the industry? I began modelling at 16 after being scouted several times since I was 14 in both Stockholm and London. I signed with my first agency soon after, and while the early years were exciting, they were also challenging. I had to learn how to handle rejection and not let others opinions define me, doing that whilst a teen is not a easy job. It’s an industry where you are judged on your appearance every day,
and that can be tough if you’re not mentally strong. Traveling alone at such a young age was both empowering and overwhelming, but it taught me resilience and independence. Over time I’ve learned that professionalism, kindness, and consistency always speak louder than anything else.

Sweden is known for minimalism and effortless fashion. Do you see those aesthetics reflected in your work today? Growing up in Sweden shaped my entire approach to style. Scandinavian fashion values effortless elegance with clean lines, muted tones, and timeless pieces that let simplicity speak for itself. Sustainability is also deeply rooted in Swedish culture, and that mindset has influenced how I view fashion and the collaborations I take on. I am drawn to brands that focus on quality, conscious production, and designs that last beyond a single season. Whether I am on set or creating content, I aim for a look that feels polished yet relaxed, authentic, and elevated. To me, true style is about ease, confidence, and longevity both in how it looks and how it is made.
What has been your most memorable shoot so far, and why did it stand out to you? One of my most memorable shoots was when I was 17 in China. It was one of my first international jobs, and I remember feeling a mix of excitement and nerves stepping into an entirely new culture and environment. Everything felt so big and unfamiliar, yet so inspiring. The team was warm and welcoming, and even though I was far from home, I felt a sense of belonging through the creative energy on set. That experience taught me how much growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, and it was the moment I realised how much this career would mean to me.
How do you balance maintaining your individuality while adapting to different creative visions on set? That balance is something you learn with experience. Every project has its own creative direction, and part of being a good model is adapting to that while still keeping your own identity. For me, it comes down to presence and intention. I try to bring my own energy and awareness into every concept so that even when I am interpreting someone else’s vision, it still feels genuine. I think what makes a model stand out is when she adds emotion and personality to her work rather than just following instructions. I always try to make each shoot feel like a collaboration where a small part of me shines through in every image.
You have built a following online. How do you approach content creation differently from traditional modelling? Social media has given me a completely different kind of creative freedom. In traditional modelling you bring someone else’s vision to life, whether it is a designer, a brand, or a photographer. Online I get to express my own. I share my routines, workouts, travels, and the mindset behind them, creating a space that reflects who I am beyond the photoshoots. What I enjoy most is being able to create content that feels aspirational yet real, where I have full control over the story I tell. My platforms are a blend of my professional and personal worlds, and for me it is about connecting with people in a genuine way while staying true to my style.

What role does authenticity play in your digital presence? Authenticity plays a big role in everything I share. I want my presence online to feel real and relatable while still reflecting the best version of myself. I focus on showing my lifestyle in an inspiring way but also share the mindset and balance behind it. I believe people connect with honesty, not just perfection, so I try to show the effort, discipline, and care that go into both my work and my well-being. To me, authenticity is about being genuine while staying true to my values and the lifestyle I promote.
Do you feel social media has changed the way models express themselves creatively? Completely. Social media has changed everything about how models express themselves and build their careers. It has given us a voice and a direct connection to people, which allows us to show who we are beyond the photos. In the past, models were mostly seen as the face of someone else’s vision, but now we can create and share our own. That freedom has opened up endless opportunities for models, not needing to depend on agency’s or booking directors. I love that I can shape my own brand, choose the values I stand for, and connect with others who share them. It has made the industry feel more personal, more expressive, and much more enjoyable.
Who are some designers, photographers or creators who inspire you the most right now? I am inspired by designers who understand the balance between power and femininity. Jacquemus always stands out to me for his effortless creativity, Saint Laurent for its sharp structure and timeless pieces and Victoria Beckham for her refined minimalism that still feels feminine and modern. I also admire brands that embrace longevity and sustainability without losing their sense of style. In photography I love Elizaveta Porodina for her emotion and depth, and the timeless storytelling of Peter Lindbergh. Both remind me that true beauty lies in emotion and presence, not perfection.
What is next for you. Are there new directions or projects you are excited to explore in fashion or beyond? I want to keep growing both within fashion and beyond it. As a model, I’m focused on expanding internationally and working more with luxury brands that align with my aesthetic and values. I’m also developing my own projects within wellness and lifestyle, areas that reflect how I actually live prioritising health, balance, and inner peace. At the same time, I want to use my platform to share insight with younger women entering the industry, because I know how challenging it can be to find confidence and direction early on. My goal is to continue building something meaningful where fashion, wellness, and authenticity come together naturally.
